The response to my questions and response was good. Polite and precise. The only minor problem was that I wasn't notified of a longer than expected delay from the supplier. Bonus points for the courtesy of letting me know that the order was shipped.

Overall experience with SI was good. 2 days after I placed order I logged into the site I found out the item was out of stock. No attempt to communicate this. It took 9 days to get item. Customer service was quick with response.

I have another pair of bolle sunglasses and they are much better made than the ones I purchased from you. I am not sure thes are authenic. I like plastic frames but these were cheaply made.

Excellent price. Most other sources had the product at much higher prices, one listed it for a lower price but was out of stock. Overall, very good experience

The requirement of a signature upon delivery was extremely annoying. I am not always home during the day, and the USPS is not as efficient as other services with redelivery attempts. It took 3 more days to get my sunglasses.
