Would have liked to of known my package shipped. When I went to the site, status said not shipped, yet I recieved it that day. Other than that, no problems.

I ordered a week ago tomorrow and didn't receive it until today and that was via Priority Mail. I thought this was somewhat slow. I tried to check my order and track it online but there were no options to do so.

I am pleased to have received the item before the weekend so that I can install it.

I was satisfied with product to start with but I need to contact again to ask some more questions about the product that have not met my satisfation. An example is, the the collar warning tone does not seem to effect my dog, he does not seem to hear it. I then turned on the low stimulus and he was not effected. I think it was because his hair was too long so I cut hair and went to a higher stimulus. Since I am having put the wire around the house I was not able to get the dog far enough away from teh stimulus zone next to house and it shocked him so much that he cried and writhed in pain until I was able to pull him out of the zone. I still have not received the 2nd zones device yet. It was on backorder. I'm still waiting for advice.

Very informational site, and I appreciate that greatly. Shipping time via SecurePets.com was what I often hope for from other sites and rarely experience. Still working on installation of the underground fence, but everything appears in order. Thanks for the comprehensive product availabilty. (more)

I did receive the package a promised. However, at no time did I ever recieve a confirmation or shipping email. Also, the template needed to cut the hole for the door is missing. Lastly, I need a receipt of some kind for the warranty to be valid!
