The online (email) contact service did not work. I wrote twice because my order was "processing" for over 10 days with no explanation. Customer Service claims to have written me an email, which I never received. I finally had to call.

I was upset just a bit that my order took almost 2 weeks to get here. The items say, "Usually ships in 24 hours," - well . . . HaHa - not the case.
The items were packad very lavish and richly in the Forzieri box with a little note - very nice!

I placed an order on 10/22, and per their online advertising, they promised that the item "usually ships within 24 hours". On 10/29 I received an email stating "Estimated shipment date is by the middle of November". I am TOTALLY DISGUSTED.

I bought an on sale bag and hope it will be a great purchased. The bag came in 3 days. It had worn out both corner and some dirty spot. Contact customer service to return, but I have to pay restocking fee 10 percent. bad experince

I can not believe how quickly my order arrived! I recieved my rings two days after I placed my order. To top off the amazing delivery, the 3 Antica Murrina rings I got are gorgeous!
