Second survey I've received. Still haven't received order. I think I placed order 1/25. For several days there was no tracking info. Since evening of 2/1 says its at sorting center.

I have never seen such pathetic customer service. No email reply, no phone calls answer, Never received any product ordered after waiting for 10 long days. I received last email from everyday about my tracking order, but i never found any tracking...
