I received my laptop memory,installed it and I am very pleased. Ishould have done it a long time ago.Idid not know it is so easy. Thank you Crucial. I want to upgrade my hard drive next.

The experience was good. My computer had a different motherboard and therefore, through no fault of Crucial, I ordered the wrong memory. The only downside was my error, not Crucial.

Shipping was slow, taking 2 weeks. When the memory arrived it was Qimonda brand and not the Micron brand chips that I've grown to trust and was expecting to receive. On the plus side, the memory installed, tested and is working good.
