Never heard of Brook Mays until I searched for the Denis Wick wooden bass trombone mute. Hickey's didn't have it & found it at Brook Mays. I frequently shop online, and will certainly shop at Brook Mays in the future.

I purchased two bird whistles after speaking with a customer service rep. who assured me that the items I was looking for was what they were selling. Not only was it the wrong brand of product, it had very poor quality, and took forever to arrive.
