Brook Mays Music Co. came through in everything they advertised. Their product was authentic and the delivery was right on time. There are not many companies around that follow the status of treating customers correctly.

The item I ordered was not available, it was backordered. I was not told this until I called to find out why it had not been delivered. Fortunately, later, someone replied to an email I had sent, and made me aware another item was available.

I ordered on Dec. 16th early in the day and was told it would take no more than one to 2 days to arrive. I expected it no later than the 20th but did not receive it until the 22nd.

The small items were not packaged correctly. The flimsy package they were in broke open during shipping and the Postal Service had to repackage them. The product was still entact, thankfully, but I might not use this company again.
