I was surprised the eyeliner I ordered was so small. 0.1 ounce. For the price, I thought it would be twice that. It just came yesterday, so I can't comment on the product.
Also, on the website I tried to find out if the products were animal tested.

Love Bobbi Brown! I live in a more rural area with a scaled down Macy's that does not have a Bobbi Brown counter and I so wish it did. Have you considered Bobbi Brown counters in smaller scale department stores? I'd be first in line.

THE FOUNDATION I ORDERED WAS VERY NICE BUT IT MAD ME LOOK TO PALE. I EXCHANGED IT FOR A TINTED MOISTURIZER (BALM) WHICH I HAD AT ONE TIME AND IT GAVE ME MORE COLOR

The previous Bobbi Brown that I purchased through a department on-line was fine at first, but then the clasp on the lid broke. I take it nowhere, keep it in my make-up bag at home. My current concealer is fine, so far, and I LOVE it.
