i was satisfied with the customer service over the phone through your 1 800 number but when talking to the employees at your kmart store in erie on west 26th st was a nightmare they had no idea what they were talking about.

The computer system should be able to tell the customer immediately and clearly that the item is nowhere in stock and not available; and then ask the customer whether to return to shopping or exit. The computer system should know inventory!

Not only did KMart ship the wrong item, I could not do an exchange or return without going to the store. Agent was unable to send new item till I return old item. Very unsatisfield. This is the 3rd time I've had trouble ordering from KMart.com

The pants I ordered were listed As 21.99 on the website, when I received them the price tag on them was 19.99, how shocked to see I was clearly overcharged. How can your company blatantly do this?Vr, Mrs Rice
