Love Zappos! I love that I can order several sizes and styles up front - free shipping and return what I do not wish to keep/does not fit again - free shipping. This is the main reason I shop here.

I have a difficult size foot and was pleasantly surprised t0 find the shoes I purchased fit.
I generally wear SAS shoes and wished Zappos would carry them.

Such speedy delivery!! I was so surprised by the thoughtfulness in getting the item to me so quickly even though I did not pay for overnight
delivery; in fact I even received free shipping!!! Can't ask for anything
better than that.

I love Zappos. I have small feet for a guy 7.5 D and it was impossible to buy in retail stores (only stock 8 and larger). I always find the styles I want in my size at Zappos. Thank you.
