Per usual, the experience with Zappo's was a good one. My order was shipped and received expediently. The quality of the shoes was as expected, the fit right on. As I have commented previously, I'm extremely satisfied with Zappo's.

This was my first experience with ordering from Zappos. I was blown away by how easy of an experience it was. I received emails to the status of my order in a timely (actually very quick) fashion. Zappos even upgraded my shipping for FREE. I ordered on a Friday and received my item on a Monday. When does that ever happen??????? Zappos rocks. I will be ordering alot more from this company. I really appreciated the free upgrade to 2-day delivery, and the email notification stating so. I never did receive a second email though, providing a tracking number. This would have been nice had there been a problem with the delivery. My shoes arrived on-time and are what I had hoped for/expected based on photos and customer comments online. (more)
