This order was actually a return. I had ordered the wrong size initially. So I sent back the wrong size for store credit. the right size was sent off to me, no hassle. And best of all, no extra shipping charges! I love this company.

Wonderful experience - would keep ordering from Zappos, great selection and a far superior experience than going to a mall and to a shoe store with uninformed clerks and a pitiful selection of shoes.
