The company called me to say they were out of the product that I had ordered, but when I challenged them, saying that I wanted a sky blue, not a while, vest and tie, he said, "Wait a moment ..." and then he found that they DID have what I wanted, and he sent out my order, and it arrived in a timely way. I appreciated the timely way in which the order filler called me to make sure our order would be sent out. He offered me a substitute color, but apparently he had misread my order in the first place. He found the matching tie I needed, as well, even though at first he thought they were out of it. So if he hadn't mistaken his own supplies, he would have needed to call me. In the end, all... There was a small snag in the front of the vest...but there was no time to really do anything about it. I'm surprised it passed a quality control inspection (if inspections are conducted.) ALl else was fine.

I was pleased with my purchase. It arrived quickly. It was nicely packaged and the product met my expectations in style and quality.

Claudia is an excellent customer service rep. She helped me with the size needed for my son's tux. She placed the order correctly, but we received the wrong size pants. When I reported this to her, she was very willing to have the correct size sent immediately. However; we found it not to be necessary and were able to make the pants work. I will order from this company again and I will tell refer other people. (more)

your customer service has to move up. Your associates were excessively delayed in responding to my online query (2 weeks). When I phoned the associate kept telling me she didn't know and to look online (although I was calling becasue the info wasn't online) and never offered a way to help me. (more)

When I was contacted by them about not having what I ordered, I had questions after I ended the phone conversation and couldn't get the person I had talked to before. In fact I didn't get any call back from anyone.

The ptocess and arrival were great. The pants, were ordered a size catergory bigger and must have been marked wrong as they didn't fit. When I called the evening number the gentlemen kept telling me he couldn't help me when I asked if the pants usually run smaller and if he knew if we could just reorder the pants or if the whole suit needed to be returned. He kept telling me he could not help me with any of the questions, even the one on sizes. (more)

Somehow this was shipped before it was even posted on my charge card. I'm sure the slowdown was on the side of the bank . You got the order promptly shipped and for that I am grateful.

We were very satisfied with the quality of the tuxedo. Very nice!!! We purchased according to the size chart & the tuxedo was a perfect fit.
