Unfortunately the product that I ordered was unavailable so I chose another that I thought would help in a similar way but it did not. I am still waiting for the prouct of preference to arrive (free of delivery costs as stated).

I contacted CS by email to ask about a tracking number and was told I'd hear back from CS. I heard nothing, no-one notified me of the estimated delivery so someone was here. I did not like this.

Actually, I had wanted the order at the next automatic sending, as I just recieved another order recently and wanted to use it up before I started this new order, but I guess it doesn't really matter because I have it now anyway!
