Make bank card was charged before the product was verified. I was told through email that my order was canceled because no store had that model and as of yet a charged still shows on my account.

It was one of the easiest purchases I think I have made, from the time we decided to buy a new wall oven to picking it up. Everyone was so helpful, this will be the first place we will come the next time we need to replace something for the home....

I have to date talked to 22 different Sears reps trying to get my ordered delivered. As of 5 min ago I was told they could not find my order and the warehouse was closed I need to call back Monday morning at 8 am. Please have a manager contact me....

Sears posted same item for 8th time, and Sears canceled order for 8th time with same reason - item could not be found. This posting has been for a specific unit and not general stock. Not an good system since nobody reached "live" has been able to...

The outlet staff was unable to confirm availability of the item when i called. The customer service rep said "i don't how to do that" and hung up on me. I completed the transaction on line, recieved email confirmation and then drove to the outlet...
