I purchased an exercise ball that came with a foot pump. I haven't been able to blow the ball up to use it because the pump is so cheaply made, it doesn't work and there is no way to attach the vinyl hose to the pump. Neither end fits on it.

I called big fitness and was told my order was being shipped ups, but it was delivered by common carrier. I had to threaten to cancel my order before someone actually would tell me it was already shipped and gave me a tracking number.
