The instructions weren't all that clear. I also had to file down the arm for the front of the machine . . . the hole for the screw also put a burr into the arm. I filed it off . . . then it fit fine.

I didn't get a receipt for the three dvd's just the vhs, which came first. That was frustrating for me because I need to turn it in to ge reimbursed. I would love a receipt for all three. An email confirmation is not good enough for my employer.

It would be better to have an actual tracking information instead of just, '4-7 days'. Also, I left a mobile number so I could be contacted to schedule the drop off date but the people never called before they delivered the product.

the bearing track and black shield are assembled b4 shipping. They r n 3 bxs.The weight of the track dents up both ends of the shield during shipping. If I could get a new shield and if u snd return shp 4 dmg item,that would work.

I bought I watch, and it does not work, so I will need to call them, and then probably then go through the hassle of going to the post office to return it. The opposite of the convenience one expects from shopping online.
