I ordered a Yankee Championship PATCH, and I got a Yankee hoodie; sent email about it, no reply, called, lady said she would re-order and I would get email confirmation that Patch on its way. Never got the information

I thought the item was new and did not realize it was a resale as the box is quite damaged. Fortunately, the item itself is not damaged. I had planned to give this as a Christmas present so will have to see.

The item I purchased was nothing like what was display in the on-line photo. The photo showed the pink ogio golf bag I wanted and actually the item was a "blue vines" color/style.
