BPAV had the best price & the shipping was what I was amazed at, saved me over $40 in shipping. That made the purchase even better for the exact same item elsewhere, which BPAV also had at a lower price.

It would have been great to know that the item I needed was not in stock. It would have better that they did not ship the wrong item instead of what I ordered. The least they could have done for their mistake would have been to pay the return...

I prefer a business that provides a preprinted return label with the invoice in case the item is not what I expected. Your invoice just states that you must call for a Return Authorization.

Product is defective but BPAV claimed it's not to charge a restocking fee. BPAV is a dishonest retailer. Slow shipping.
