The one item I wanted most, was out of stock. I didn't know until the shipment came that they were not being backordered,just cancelled. Had I known these beads were NEVER going to be available, I would not have placed an order at all.

I was surprised that the pea**** feathers I ordered were not longer. They were very pretty...I used them in a different arrangement and found longer feathers elsewhere for my intended purpose.

The painted Eagle feathers weren't the usual high quality, but I paid for second quality and that's what I got. Next time I'll pay the extra money. Otherwise I am VERY happy buying from Matoska.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong product - my fault. I called and left a message for customer service and no one returned my call, so I had to call a second time and did get hold of someone.

the web site states that they ship orders the same or next day. after over a week I emailed and a few days later called and no response. on the second call they answered and told me that they were busy and some orders fall through the cracks.

Turkey feathers for my use (drying of inside of oboe) have been difficult to find. Through the years I've spent hours trying to find them. Thank you and I am glad that I found you. I plan to let other oboists know of you.
