i ordered two 18inch maple hoops and they were both bent out of round in the same direction, i assume from poor loading during shipping. not your guys fault but extra stabile packaging might be a good idea for items like this.

I love this company. Where else can you go that has all needed supplies to make a custom drum kit? The customer support is very knowledgeable about every detail you need.

I love this place. The only negative was the shipping cost. A lot of stores have free shipping with orders over $100. That is why I always buy from Musicians Friend.
