The ring I ordered was in silver and the only problem I had was in getting it sized. The description on Diamond.com did not say that a lot of jewelers refuse to size silver rings because it will void warranties and might damage stones.

I was told the ring I ordered was not available and that my order cannot be processed. I did not want a ring that is 2.5 sizes over what i ordered after customer service itself said they do not recommend resizing more than 1/2 a size. BAD CUSTOMER... (more)

When I ordered the product online, it said that the bracelet was white sapphires. However, when I received it, the invoice said it was white topaz. Are the gems the same???

your advertising is very misleading!!!!!!!!!!!! I should have known for the price; returning the item----the diamonds are too large to be authentic,,,I am having my jeweler assess them and the poor chain.....Lacine Small
