Product came quickly but seemed flimsier than expected. It is also difficult to find the proper bulb for it, which is not even available on the site.

I'm very happy with the product I purchased, I wish I would have known how long it took to "confirm availability" (4 days) I would would have factored in the time and paid the extra shipping I needed.

Please fix your site so that when you look at an item, they you go back to the main page, you go back to the spot you where looking at. On your site you go back to the top of the page and then you must scroll down to where you were before.

tracking numbers from the shipper are quite useful. Some of the sources provide them, e. g., Kingston Brass, others do not, and the latter group suffers by comparison. With a UPS or FEDEX tracking number, planning ahead becomes much more accurate.

Because of the conditions imposed by Bongo Int. for international shipping I have been obliged to return the goods. I cannot pay 500 USd for goods of 160 USD. When I will find a better shipping method I will come to buy again.
