the canon camera firewire port was nonfunctional. I called the next day, had it returned and a new one in my hands in less than a week. could not ask for better.

Everything went like clockwork. Very pleased with service provided. I ordered online and called back to change two day delivery to next day. I forgot who took the call but he took my information and the order was delivered next day as requested.

I had a great experience with Norman Camera. Fed Ex didn't deliver the on the date specified due to weather complications in my area that I never witnessed. It was only one day late though and it came in great condition. Thanks!

Refreshing to know there are great companies out west instead of buying from the New York folks. I've stop buying, like many professional photographers, from the New York City area due to unethical selling practices.
