A VERY disappointing shopping experience with this merchant! I selected my items, confirmed delivery availability via ZIP code, gave ALL of my information and processed my order for $1900.00 worth of merchandise. This morning I get an e-mail saying sorry but we don't deliver to Hawaii. Why did it confirm my ZIP code and allow me to select Hawaii as the state then take my CC information then cancel due to not shipping to Hawaii? I have been on other sites where, once the ZIP code is entered the order rejects. Very poor business practice! I will not refer this site to anyone-no matter where they live! (more)

I bought from this site as they had a good price and were able to ship overnight for $26 extra. I got an email the next day that said a confirmation phone call to "Sal" was required. Okay, so $26 to get it in two days is still okay (I wanted it for the weekend). It DID arrive on time on day-two. (Thanks, Sal.) The "confirmation" phone call is, in my mind, not a security measure but in fact a sales tool. I bought a couple of items on the fly, and naturally upon opening the box I find the superfast memory card was a brand I've never seen, it came (inexplicably) with a generic camera bag, and the price was twice the street value. Quick delivery. Provided lots of information helpful and timely information about the order. Very satisfied.

When my 52 inch LCD Bravia television was delivered it appeared that the box had been opened previously giving me the impression that it may be a used producy or floor model sold to me as new. The reason I said this is because of the way product was packed. It was not like the Bravia Home theater which was also purchased from the same place. (more)

I was not informed that UPS would charge me a $50 brokerage fee. I order frequently online and have never had this problem. I ended up paying $277 for a $200 item. You should make it clear on your site that items shipped into Canada by UPS will be charged this fee and give an alternative form of delivery ie postal where the taxes owing would be paid at the post office. This is very poor disclosure and I will never use UPS or Bes of Maine again. (more)

Only issue I have is that the price of the item at the time I received the shipment is $20 lower than the price I paid at time of order. This was approx 1 week.

They had the best price for the item I purchased.
