My shoe wasn't in size when I ordered it(I'm a 9 Regular and I ended up having to order a 9.5 Regular), but the size still fits fine and I'm totally satisfied with the price and product.

Pretty happy with Payless.com. Just wish they offered more styles in a mens size 14 wide. It is VERY difficult to find this size in an affordable shoe and I feel that Payless offers a great shoe for the price.

I am very happy with the items but have returned them for an exchange for a smaller size in both pair of shoes. I need to have 91/2 and I ordered 10. Thank you.

My order exceeded my expectations & I am very happy with my purchase. Payless where I shop doesn't carry many of the Lower East Side brand. The sales assocs were pleased with my shoe as they had not seen it. Shipping to store is a bonus and...

I need to exhange for dif sze and instructions only tell how to return. I had delvrd to a store to save shpping, but they kept original shipping carton and I am told I need to return in that carton. Is there a way to exchange rather than return?
