Gift box should contain tissue paper & nicer ribbon. There should be a way to include a gift card disclosing who the gift is from. I requested a receipt w/o the price for the recipient but it was not included and customer service could not send it... (more)

Overall experience was very good, but we were notified that shoes initially ordered were not available so we ordered another pair. We were puzzled when both shoes ended up being delivered which resulted in returning one pair of shoes. Inconvienced

It was just fine. The website didn't seem to update that my order was being shipped but when I called the person I spoke with was very helpful. I thought it would ship in 24 hours but it was an extra day not sure why but no big deal
