Backcountry always carry what I'm looking for, they have the lowest prices and a fabulous community of customers that take the time to post product reviews. I visit a few sites before purchasing items, but always wind up buying from Backcountry.

Backcountry confirmed they had the tall size Confirmation of shipment did not say it was a tall The item that arrived was not a tall Backcountry indicated they had no tall sizes

I initially received the wrong size item (not the size I ordered); however backcountry.com quickly resolved the issue by providing me with a printable return shipping label (at no cost to me) and immediately sent out the proper size.

This company is a Gem!!...I didn't know that Columbia had the Bugaboo jacket in my size; and was pleasently surprised to findout that they did! The minute I tried it on, I loved it!!
