I've never had to return anything I've purchased at Neiman Marcus. The website is fantastic. I would only recommend more photos of clothing and more detailed descriptions--particularly on heel height of shoes.

Your prices are higher than other stores. I probably will not be buying from you right now because of the economy. You no longer carry one of my favorite designers, Stuart Weitzman.
