Purchased two Sangean portable radios (model DT-200X). Neither radio had the listed belt clip as stated on the original packaging. I called the manufacturer in California and they were kind enough to send me those two clips to complete the order.

Of two batteries sent, one was ok. The other battery received was a Lenmar CBD312 while the invoice says it should have been a CBD958.
Could it have been a stock picking problem?
I will return for refund.

I ordered the product for over night delivery, on a friday, I expected it to come in monday, delays and the product delivery time was unknown, It came in on a tuesday! So I wasted money for an overnight delivery!!!
