Product arrived damaged, shipped in manufacturers package, no issues what so ever in returning item, I have returned items before with complete satisfaction.

Tiger was ok, but their carrier UPS made a poor effort at delivery, failing to use the doorbell two days in a row. After a complaint to UPS on the 2nd delivery day, I was told to walk 5 blocks to the truck to pick up my package.

other than high shipping and handling fees the experience was a good one. Work on lowering your S/H costs and it could have been a great one.

I had an older version of windows XP and it did not support large drives. It has been a few years since I built a computer and I forgot about the large drive support issues. As always Tiger has been a great place to do business with polite agents.
