how ironic. i just wrote a review and ordered two more of this product TODAY from s&s.com. these are great and far exceeded expectations. super fast delivery [although, i noted they were $1.00 less than the original price i paid...hmmnnn..]. thx- MLA

I DO LIKE THE WROUGHT IRON LETTER HOLDER EXCEPT FOR THE ONE KEY HOOK IT WAS BENT SIDE WAYS AND WHEN WE TRIED TO FIX IT, IT BROKE OFF, SO NOW WE HAVE THE FOUR KEY HOOKS WHICH IS SUFFICIENT. PREFER NOT TO GO THROUGH THE HASSLE OF A RETURN.

Be very careful of this website, since you have to carry the return shipping costs yourself. I had ordered a Cd storage unit from them earlier, which was quite nice. I looked up the same item again to place a second order, and when I received it I realized that it was 2 inches shallower. Turned out that they had changed the amount of CDs that fit in the unit in the meantime and kept everything else, -including the price- the same. Customer service was obviously used to getting phone calls of this type, since they were very defensive from the start, only pointed out that they "have every right to change whatever information they wish on their website".
