Reaching customer services was a nightmare. It took several tries to reach customer service at all, then I was on hold for over 45 minutes, both times. I got no response at all with live online chat.

Everything was perfect, except for the rug pad arriving a week after the rug. Not a big deal (both arrived within expected timeframe) but a little confusing for a moment.
GREAT products. I can't believe how beautiful & plush the polypropelene rug...

I've ordered many rugs from Rugs USA and I've always received them much more quickly than this time. I placed my order on 11/2 and did not receive it until today 11/17/09.

We were somewhat in the dark as to what was happening. We received the rugs today mand they were what we wanted, now if we can get the payment straigthtened out we will be happy.
