I am extremely disappointed with the cheap quality of the rug. I purchased it to replace the rug that I had which I thought this would be a duplicate copy of and it is horrible.

I never recieved any shipping or tracking info. I have ordered from rugsusa several times and this was the worst experience I have had with them. The order took a lot longer to get here than previous orders.

RugsUSA obviously stocks very little inventory. Their customer service dept lies to keep you from cancelling. STAY AWAY from this unreliable vendor!

I have not received the item I ordered due to it takes 3 weeks to even ship out. Had this been communicated in the order placing process I would have bought from somewhere else. Price was the only factor that had me purchase from this merchant.

The shipping and tracking information and email was messed up. I clicked on the tracking number and it was a link to an error page.

Website was hardly functioning for days with no explanation. Could not obtain tracking number to use with UPS. Finally called customer service - after waiting for my turn (5 minutes) the agent was very good and found the tracking number.
