I ordered the flowers for my wifes birthday on July 1. The order was placed in April. At 5PM the night before I was called and told that the flowers I requested were not available. Ridiculous!

Unfortunately this time the delivery was just dropped off at the door of the order recipient and his neighbours noticed it by chance and handed over to him. The "Thank you" card was missing. Evidently, all this spoiled the present a lot

Whenever I want to send flowers or other types of gifts, 1-800-flowers.com is my first choice. And I always find what I'm looking, so there's really no sense in looking further.

When i placed my order, it said that if the order was placed before 2:00 pm i would have same day delivery. My order was placed at 1:00pm and delivery was not until the next day at 11:00am.

Website is terrific. My friend was delighted with her bouquet. Glad I did not have to use your 800 number as it is tremendously obnoxious.

Excellent service. There was only 1 little problem. I misspelled a word and I wish it could have been corrected before delivery. Totally my own error. The Family was very happy with the flowers and said that they were beautiful.

Couldn't answer all questions accurately because only recipient sees flowers. Those questions I checked "6". You need a box for "Don't know" or "Not applicable" to avoid misinformation. The various confirmation E-Mails were too much, but appreciated.
