Can I resend the cartiage back for refill or do you suggest I just purchase new? I Try tokeep reusable in mind for the eco system

I placed my order on March 30 and received a survey on the April 12 but no order. Received email on the 4/15 stating they were mailed (over two weeks after the order was placed). I finally received my order on the April 22. I had to go out and purches cartridges to use while I waited for this order to arrive. I haven't even used them yet and am hoping I would experience a problem with them. Some items you didn't have when I ordered and wouldn't let me add them to back order so I had to place an additional order with another company. (more)

I was really impressed with the customer support. I had a question for them because I had not received our order. The lady that I talk with was very helpful and friendly.

I've always had good luck with 123 Inkjets and will continue using them for my Dell products

I placed an order on 04-09-2008. As of today 04-21-2008 I have not recieved anything. I called customer service twice and automated response says, "Your call will be answered in 12 seconds".... 20 minutes later I'm still on hold.

I only buy my ink for 123Inkjets. I have always been extremely pleased with the product & have had no problems at all with either ordering or with receiving my package on time.

123Inkjets offers a great line of products with better prices than I could find anywhere else. Super fast shipment with very low shipping charges.
