I was happy with very everything exept the order was not shipped out when I orderded it originally because the Credit Card address was different than the shipping address & was told they tried to contact me but I wasn't.

The reason for the low ratings is that the first black cartridge I installed is not working right. Also, I put in a new color cartridge, but it still shows the color cartridge is low. I haven't had a chance to check them out thoroughly yet.

I ordered 2 inks online & it went through fine. 5 days later I got an email saying that one of the cartridges was out of stock so the entire order wouldn't ship until it was all ready to ship. No discount offered & no partial shipment? Not good.

Happy in past. Brands changed; quality not what it was. This order back ordered. Not notified before made purchase, no email sent after order placed. When product did not arrive, I followed up and found "back ordered". Service rep helpful!

I have found 123 Inkjets to be cheaper than other brands and much cheaper than OEM, and they work just as good. In fact I like the black color better than the OEM. I seems to be sharper and more vivid. Cartridges last as long if not longer than OEM... (more)

i am not sure if it is the inkjets or my printer; however, after installing, i have not been able to print anything. i am trying to resolve the issue w/my printer to see if it is at fault or if the inkjets are not the correct size/item.
