Customer service called me to let me know that one of the wines I ordered were out of stock and would come later than the bulk of the order. The out of stock were received shortly after the original shipment and sent on.

I only tried one wine from the selection so far, however all the years I've dealt with WM the wine are to expectation, I see no reason to believe they will be any different now.

My fiance is from Hungary and does not drink, but told me about this wine.It was fantastic!!! He said he used to pay twice as much for it, and that was three years ago.

When I contacted customer service via email, they responded very quickly and resolved my issue. Many other companies I have ordered product from and attempted to contact via email never responded to my email. I am very pleased with the product and service from The Wine Messenger. (more)

Product is wine in glass bottles. Product shipped twice. First time - broken bottles. Second time - loose bottles rattling around insdie box. Both times - packing inadequate. Shipment tarrived oo late for planned event.
