My wife's engagement ring was stolen. I was able to replace it with the exact same setting and stone from Blue Nile. It made a bad situation much better.

The earrings and necklace I order were an unexpected surprise for my wife for our 20th anniversary. She loves each item and was completely satisfied with them. The earrings are one of a kind and she was very happy with them.

I was not happy that the package was left at my doorstep and I was not alertd by either a knock or door bell that it had arrived. Someone could have easily stole the package.
