I ordered the item on 10/21 and it didn't arrive until 11/9. The status in the account didn't even show the item as being shipped until almost 2 weeks after I ordered it.

The pricing on the Canon replacement cartridges was really good and the order arrived on time. I won't know how good the ink cartridges really are, though, until I see how long they last. So far, they seem to be working ok.

the order was very slow to ship and the rechargeable batteries were overpriced. To return them cost too much in return shipping. I will not shop at Shop4Tech in the future. Better deals and shipping are on the "net" !!!
