One product was out of stock which I didn't find out until it arrived. If I had known I would have bought additional products instead the money was refunded.

Would like to see a larger variety of options for Barry's and Bewley's loose tea. Your product offering in tea bags is more extensive, but we prefer loose tea. Thanks.
