British Express Customer Reviews

I've used British Express for years. It's been a great disappointment to me that they no longer carry the loose Williamson & Magor Earl Grey. This was a major reason why I bought from them; their prices were very good and if their customer service was a little chilly and unhelpful, I was willing to overlook it. Now that I have to order the Williamson & Magor directly, there's less reason to use British Express. But as I blend the Earl Grey with Taylor's lapsang souchong I shall continue to order this from BE. Also, I have the impression that the customer service of BE has gotten swifter and more professional. (more)

You used to drop a few samples in the box with my order. You dont do that anymore, I am not sure why not. I believe it was a great marketing tactic, and allowed me totry out products that I would not normally order. In my case it got me started on "London Cuppa", which I would never had tried if you had not sent out samples................I think you should start sending them out again. (more)

seems like many items are out of stock these days

This is the second time I have been asked to fill out this survey which is annoying and last time I looked the Glengettie tea is still out of stock - so I had to buy something else that I am not familiar with.

I was very surprised to see so many of the Twining products out of stock. That is my perfered choice of tea.

I have no complaints with this order from British Express. Nothing was damaged. My order was shipped complete and in a timely manner. Thanks much. Regards, Martha Herman

GREAT TEA!

My package arrived rapidly and the tea was well packed. It turned out I had made a mistake and ordered the wrong tea. I phoned British Express. They were very accomodating. I was able to mail my incorrect order back to them and they shipped my new order the same day. (more)
