Can't activate phones. Verizon has no record of my numbers. You are not open until 9am my time - I will be at work.

Everything was great I would have hoped to have the opportunity to ask questions regarding my return. There are some policies that may not be absolutely clear. I hope everything goes well with my return. Besides that everything was seamless....

FedEx lost my order (after paying for overnight shipping) when I finally got my new phone I did not get the two in one charger I ordered with the phone. Over all I got a good phone for a great price, but the hassle with FedEx ruined the whole...

LetsTalk would not fulfil my order because my phone number was not the primary on my family plan account. I called my service provider changed it immediately. Let's Talk still would not fulfil the order. I cancelled and reordered succesfully.

LetsTalk was great, UPS was not. UPS assumed the address was an apartment, when in fact, it was a single family residence. To make matters worse, instead of contacting me by phone or email, my phone was shipped back to the sender.
