I did not like the fact that I was not made aware of the terms and conditions until after the phone had shipped. I thought the price was right though and I like the phone.

The 2nd customer service representative we spoke with wasn't very helpful and was border line rude. I had to disconnect the call from this guy. I called right back in and s/w a rep name Adreienne who was very helpful and answered all the questions...
