I called to report that the item I ordered was damaged and missing parts. I was told to contact the manufacturer. That is not good customer service. PS the manufacturer sent me the wrong replacement parts and I had to have total shipments for one... (more)

The Item we had ordered had not be shipped by the supplier. However I contacted the office and they called their siupplier and the supplier FedExed it to us and we had it with in two days, right before Christmas. I appreciated the rapid response.
