I expected the back-order, but I expected it by mid July, not Sept. 1st. I got one gnome earlier and was slightly surprised at the small size, but when I FINALLY received this last item, it was so tiny the the features did not even look the same.

I still have not received one of the items; until I started making inquiries, no one thought to post or email that the requested item would be on order for 3-4 weeks.person on phone not too concerned!!!

After several weeks, no product. Claimed they called left msg that order was back-ordered. They did not. Said my order would be in by mid August. Now they say end of August. CC was charged when order placed. Will never order anything from Krupps...
