I still have not received one of the items; until I started making inquiries, no one thought to post or email that the requested item would be on order for 3-4 weeks.person on phone not too concerned!!!

After several weeks, no product. Claimed they called left msg that order was back-ordered. They did not. Said my order would be in by mid August. Now they say end of August. CC was charged when order placed. Will never order anything from Krupps...

I called to report that the item I ordered was damaged and missing parts. I was told to contact the manufacturer. That is not good customer service. PS the manufacturer sent me the wrong replacement parts and I had to have total shipments for one...
