Although the staff was not the best help regarding the issue, the manager was extremely pleasant, helpful, and willing to help. It was a big pleasure to talk to him. I was very happy that it was him who picked up the phone that day. Tatiana

I ORDERED A JACKET FOR MY 16 YR. OLD G-SON WHO NEVER LIKES ANYTHING. HE REALLY LIKED IT & THE SIZE WAS ACCURATE.IT WAS SHIPPED & DELIVERED WITH NO PROBLEM. FAST!!! THE PRICE WAS GREAT & HE TELLS ME THE QUALITY IS TOO.THE TRANACTION WASFAST & EASY.

I am so impressed with the customer support agent I spoke with. My order was supposed to ship out the same day but it didn't. The agent changed my shipping to 2 day shipping and I got it in 1 day.
