My problem with the time was not Improvement's responsibility, it was UPS, I still do not know what happened, but the response from Improvements was impecable, very professionaland customer oriented.

Regarding the dehumidifiers, the supplier web site had volume discounts that you would not honor from my order price of $34.99 each, cost me about $30.00 more to buy from you. Not happy!!!!!
