The only suggestion that I have pertains to your big boys jeans. I would like you to reinforce them better or make them stronger in the knee area. My son's jeans always seem to rip.

Customer service support hours are in eastern times.... it is difficult for individual living in PST time to contact after work hours.

I only returned a few items because they did not fit. Ordering replacements in the correct size. Everything else in my order was perfect.

My order was cancelled due to mix up with my billing address. (I have recently moved, and while I'd already changed the address with the bank, for some reason their system rejected it anyway.) They would not reinstate my order after cleared up.
