The only thing I didn't like was the tracking. As soon as the order processed and tracking was available on the internet; all it said was shipped. I had no visability during the shipping/transportation of my order until it was in my state.

I have just made two purchases, a camera then a case. Both were delivered in a timely manner. Both were discounted more than other websites. All delivered in perfect condition. Would recommend, and/or purchase again.

Some port connectors such as USB and card reader were disconnected. I had to talk to HP support to try and fix. Resolved all but one port through HP.

The Fed Ex tracking site wasn't too helpful. I never got info. about when it arrived in Olympia or depot nearest Olympia prior to delivery to my doorstep. I got it one day before I needed it for a birthday.

Overall I am satisfied with the item purchased and delivery. The only part of the delivery I did not like was the item arrived in town several days before it was delivered. I selected the earliest delivery date offered.
