Please consider another carrier, UPS left one plant on the outside step at a garden style apartment 12 families. UPS gives poor customer service. They do this because they can, and the shippers except it. UPS makes the delivery of the sale... (more)

Website is terrific. My friend was delighted with her bouquet. Glad I did not have to use your 800 number as it is tremendously obnoxious.

The roses were arranged very nicely and lasted two days. Every stem did not draw water. I am experienced with roses. One or two may have an issue but not the entire arrangement. The flower arranger did not know how to cut the stem.

Only once did an order not get delivered. This was a long while back. I don't feel that it was 1-800-Flowers fault. Other than that one time I am very satisfied with 1-800-Flowers and will continue to order from them.

The web site was a little hard to navigate. There was too much information in too small a space. Simple layouts are better.

The basket was different than the one I ordered. The flowers were correct. The recipient didn't know there was another style. She sent me a picture of her holding the basket. The delivery time was excellent. Yes I would use this service again.

I already sent an email explaining my experience with your company. The flowers were beautiful but not what I expected. The arrangement is small, not "large" as advertised and pretty expensive for what it is.
