I was disappointed that I had to pay two shipping charges. I got an answer but I didn't like it. When and if I order in the future, I will only order one item instead of a multiple order.

I received a Pop-up asking if I wanted a Live Rep at LEAST 15 times during my process and took up several extra minutes of my time! You really need to cut that down, maybe twice is acceptable, but what I experienced was overkill.

I ordered the smaller bouquet but only the large was shown so it was hard to guage what it would look like, so I guess it was natural to be a little disappointed because I had the picture from the website in my mind. Everything else with it was fine.

Flowers were beautiful. The only thing that would have made then better is a ribbon and bow. Looked kind of plain.
