I can't tell you about the product as the person I sent it to has not acknowledged the gift to me so I don't know if she liked it or not. From the order confirmation, I can assume it was received. Otherwise, the service was user friendly.

I went through the gifts offered for sympathy, whatever happened to the gift basket containing bath oils & bath wash-the spa sympathy basket-had a journal to write down remembrances & place the obit in?

I ordered flowers for an ill friend, something I'd done several times from your company. The flowers never arrived until 4 days later, and my friend had died. Customer service called and said I'd receive a coupon, but I haven't.
