Make sure that these do not end up too dry; I got an order a couple of years ago and I found them dry.

ordered on 4/21 for delivery on or before 5/2, got the tracking info and it was to be delivered on 5/5 NOT 5/2, so I called customer service, 1st call got hung up on, 2nd call explained the situation, she took my info and said she'd call back, she never did but the product was delivered on time 5/2. The brownies I receive tasted old. As if they had been around for a few weeks. Was not very happy with my 1st purchase. I had receive the brownies before as a gift and loved them.

The delivery company shipped my product mistakenly to somewhere else. I contacted Fairytale Brownies by email and the problem was corrected immediately. Great Customer Service.

The person that I sent them to LOVED THEM and all of her co-workers were so happy that she was kind enough to share them with everyone. They all raved about how delicious the brownies were.
