After discovering that our item was on backorder, we cancelled it and placed an order for a similar item. The problem was the lack of follow through on the return of my money for the original item. It was a run-around and took much longer than should reasonably be expected. We were ultimately happy with our new selection/shipping time/customer service on that item. (more)

I have two issues that I wish M.F. would address. #1 A number of my orders have been poorly packed and the last order severely damaged due to poor packing and rough handleing (UPS). #2 M.F. will say on their website an item is on backorder and is expected that day when in actuality it can be over two weeks out. My music stand order is a perfect example of the disconnect between the website and email notification. Knowing their website is inaccurate I am less likely to by any item they say is on back order!!!!!!!!! (more)

Needs to be packaged better. I ordered speakers and they came in their original box with a hole punctured into the side of it. I thought for sure the speakers were damaged, however they were not. Better packaging is a must, I am reluctant to order fragile items from you based on my experiences so far (more)
