I ordered a black applause ae148 and received a ruby burst. I like it, so I'm going to keep it, but the fact remains that I was delivered the wrong product. Also, it took forever to process the order, and the tracking info was sketchy.

I have had several recent transactions with Musician's Friend, and all of them have been very good. Musician's Friend is always the first place I go, not Music123 or Woodwind and Brasswind or Brooks Mays.

The box one item came in was too large. Its approximate dimensions were 12"x9"x 18". In the big box was a little box for a single pre-amp tube, 1"x1"x 3". Nothing else was in the box; no bubble wrap, peanuts or padding.

I ordered 3 harmonicas and a neck frame. I have not received the harmonicas yet and the tracking numbers did not track.

I love the selection that the site and the catalog have. I've been flipping through the catalog since I was about 15, now I'm 23 and I still go to you guys when I need ANYTHING related to music.
