Easy To Purchase.. Happy With The Product

We have recently experienced a few problems with our orders from Muscian's Friend. Our drum set is back ordered, a box came partly open with a missing item, and your discounts have not stayed with our orders. I ordered multiple items on 9-01-08 including a drum set for my son's birthday on the 30th. I was told the set was out of stock and would ship on 9-03 and I would get it 3-5 working days after that (in plenty of time for his birthday). You have always sent items promptly so I enrolled my son in drum lessons to get him started. Then I received an email informing me that the manufacturer said you would receive these sets on 9-26. I placed my order on Aug 25, 2008 and finally recieved it today, Oct 9, 2008. Also the box was barely held together, looked very rough on arrival.

Most of the staff were not completely knowledged. This was my first experience in ordering on line and so far it's been a nightmire.

Great guitar for a reasonable price, it arrived fast--several days before I expected it.
