The product I ordered was damaged on arrival. Customer service was very willing to offer me a 20% discount. The item was sold out and not available to me. I used the the 20% discount and had the dress repaired at a local alteration business....

Loved that when I called customer service, the phone was answered by a HUMAN that was very helpful! My only reason for calling was because I never received my order confirmation email with tracking information.

When I ordered the product, it was not instock and wasn't going to arrive until after Christmas. When I tracked the shipping on Friday, 12/23/2011, it was already on the truck and out for delivery!!! Imagine my suprise and delight!!!
