The vendor was unable to ship on the originally agreed-upon date, which made the order late. They did contact me to warn me of the revised shipping schedule.

I was disappointed that the 2lb brie was out of stock when I placed my order on line, settled for the 1 lb, and then did not receive that item either because it was out of stock. Otherwise, great service, great cheese!

Was just a little disappointed that my products didn't arrive on Tuesday, but, greatly appreciated the phone call communicating and apologizing for the shipment delay. Am delighted with my products, the $9.99 shipping special, and have already recommeded igourmet.com to several friends and coworkers. (more)

most of the items i wanted were sold out and have been for a few months. delivery took too long and the free gift i received was not the one advertised :( but i always enjoy what i order.

There was an insufficient amount of dry ice in the box. When I got home after work the ice was all melted and the products were barely cool to the touch. However, due to the nature of the prodicts, there was no harm done to them this time.

when i received the cheese slicer you could tell the marble had been broken and glued. i called cs and received a new cheese slicer within a couple of days.. excellent service and yes i will reorder in the future
